Notice for parents:
It is the policy of Galaxy Gaming that any child under the age of
17 have a parent or legal guardian with them at all times to assist
their child with game selection. It is the responsibility of a
parent to fill this active role in their child's gaming life, thus
we assume that any minor left in the facility without parental
supervision has been given consent to play all games hosted at
Galaxy Gaming. A parent at any time may inform our staff that their
child should not be in the facility without their presence. The
staff will appropriately mark the minors account stating this fact.
Please note, we will make every reasonable effort to enforce this
policy but we have no way to prevent a minor from signing up with a
new account under a different name which is not notated. It is the
sole responsibility of each parent to monitor and assist their
minor in their game selection activities.
