Do I need to make a reservation, or can I just walk in?
No reservation needed—walk-ins are always welcome! However, party reservations are recommended for groups of 6 or more who want to secure specific attractions and time slots.
We also accept reservations for:
- Unlimited Gel Blaster sessions
- All-night gaming
- After-hours parties (required)
Beverages are currently included with all party bookings (one per paid guest).
How do reservations work?
Once you've chosen your date and time, you can call us, stop by in person, or book online. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
I want to book multiple attractions, but the online system only lets me choose one. What should I do?
Our online system currently supports booking one attraction per reservation. To book multiple attractions, call us, stop by in person, or make separate back-to-back online bookings for each attraction.
What's your deposit policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or are a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited. In the case of emergencies, we'll do our best to work with you.
What's the minimum age for each attraction?
- Laser Tag: recommended for ages 5+, minimum height 42"
- Virtual Reality: ages 9+ (subject to height requirements)
- King Kong VR Ride: ages 6+
- Gaming stations: recommended for ages 5+
- All-Night Gaming: recommended for ages 10+
How big are the party rooms?
- Large party room: fits up to 20 guests
- Small party room: fits up to 12 guests
Do I need a reservation for gaming?
Gaming station reservations (PC, PS5, Xbox One X) are only available for private parties and all-nighter events. Let us know what you need—we're happy to help!
Can we bring outside food and drinks?
Outside food (like pizza or cake) is allowed for parties. Outside drinks are not allowed, but we offer a variety for purchase on-site. Beverages are included with all party bookings (one per paid guest).
